You have a period of 30 days from the day you take physical possession of the products ordered on, to return the product (s) at your expense.

Products must be packaged correctly with the invoice and in their original packaging.
We strongly recommend sending the products by registered mail as we are not responsible for the loss of returned packages.
Products can only be refunded or exchanged if they have not been worn and are not damaged. Products on sale or at reduced
prices are neither returned nor exchanged.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail of the processing of your request (exchange or refund) within 3 working days of receipt of the package.
No returns can be made in person.
